Q1. How do I track my order?

Upon placing your order, please allow up to 5 business days to have your order processed. Our warehouse pack your ordered items and ship the packages out as soon as possible. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification through email or Facebook Messenger. To get your tracking number, simply send us a message through Facebook or email us at support@creativeessentialstore.com and we will check in our system and send you the info required.

 

Q2. How long does my order take to arrive?

Please allow up to 5 business days during peak seasons for your order to be processed. Our warehouses are located around the world and keep different stocks. Normally your order will arrive within 3 weeks from the day you placed the order. It may vary from country to country and we have no control over your local carriers.

Q3. Why does my order take so long to arrive?

Depending on the items you ordered, we may ship the items straight from our suppliers to you. This is why we have significant lower price than our competitors. The only downside is that order process may be slower, but you will be getting the top quality products from our suppliers.

 

Q4. I ordered two or multiple products, but have receive only one...why?

As explained previously, our warehouse are located around the world and keep different stocks. It is possible that your orders can be shipped from different warehouse. Do not worry, it is quite normal that you receive a product a few days before the other. 

 

Q5. Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide to ensure that every customer will enjoy his or her shopping experience with us. 

 

Q6. Is your website secure with my personal information?

We use SSL security to ensure all your personal information is encrypted and we do not store your credit card information. So your check out information will be used one-time only upon purchasing of your products. Then your credit card information will be purged.

Absolutely! If you do not like the product or find damages to the product, contact us immediately! We do all we can to ensure your best shopping experience.
